Ashes & Diamonds, "Blanc No.8," Napa Valley, California, Sauvignon Blanc blend, 2022

A Bordeaux blanc blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.  100% barrel fermented for 9 months in 17% new French oak.  Crisp citrus notes accompanied by beeswax and fresh fig.  Steve Matthiasson's touch gives this finesse.  Enjoy with pasta with basil pesto or Vietnamese spring rolls.
