Ashes & Diamonds, "Saffron Vineyard Mountain Cuvée No.4 ," Mt. Veeder, California, Red Blend 2019

Coming from an organic vineyard sitting high atop Mt. Veeder in Napa.  A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc this wine offers flavors of mocha and black cherries.  Soft tannins with notes of baking spice make this bear skin rug worthy.  Enjoy with spiced lamb skewers or roasted red pepper dip.
