Aston Estate, Sonoma Coast, California, Pinot Noir, 2020

Aston is known for making single vineyard estate wines.  They only make Pinot Noir coming from the Sonoma Coast.  Dark fruited with notes of bramble berries, cherry compote, rosehips, and earthy bay leaves and cedar.  Enjoy with brisket tacos or chicken tagine.
