Bojo do Luar, "Lou 38," Vinho Verde, Portugal, NV

A deliciously fun pet nat.  A native grape called Loureiro is known for being crisp and aromatic and is commonly used in Portuguese field blends.  Chesnut blossoms are added to the fermentation and add a lovely floral quality to the wine.  Crispy and refreshing and great by the pool.  Enjoy with stuffed squash blossoms or shrimp fried rice.
