Château de Monteberiot, Côtes de Bourg, France, Merlot blend, 2016

A lovely ready to go Bordeaux.  70% Merlot, 20% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc.  Notes of graphite, cocoa, and a hint of green.  Long finish with good acidity for balance.  Enjoy with chicken mole or burnt ends.
