Cocito Ezio, "Ben Turno," Langhe, Italy, Arneis blend, 2022

Notes of pear and apricot, a touch of white flowers, and almond skin.  There is a lovely acidity from the Sylvaner and Chardonnay that make up a small part of the blend.  Enjoy with chicken fried rice or shrimp cocktail.
