Conterno, "Arione," Barolo, Italy, Nebbiolo, 2020

A bottle full of elegance and finesse.  Coming from the neighboring vineyard of Francia, these wines are powerful with a light touch.  Only the 5th vintage of this wine from Conterno (the vineyard was purchased in 2015).  Crushed stone minerality, bright fresh cherries, and apricot with a mix of cedar and lavender.  Worthy of cellaring to capture the true potential of this wine.
