Coralie et Damien Delecheneau, "Trinqu'âmes," Touraine, France, Sauvignon Blanc, 2022

A fantastic organic sauvignon blanc coming from Touraine.  Similar to a Pouilly-Fumé, notes of white pepper, lemongrass, and sage.  Would be delicious tonight, or to cellar for a few years.  Great with caesar salad, baked clams, or goat cheese.
