Cottanera, Etna, Italy, Carricante, 2023

Often used as a blending grape this Carricante has a pale straw color.  Lemons, chamomile, and sweet basil spring from the glass. A creamy finish with high acidity gives a fresh finish.  Enjoy with eggplant cutlets and curries.
