Older vines planted in the 80’s and farmed sustainably.  Winery was established in 2013 by some seasoned wine business pros that have been working in Burgundy for 15 years before starting their own project.  A beautiful Chablis with tons of minerality, hints of almond and ripe yellow fruits.
