A blend of 60% Savagnin, 40% Chardonnay from L'Etoile, Jura, France. Sustainably farmed. A unique white wine from the mountainous Jura province of Southeastern France. Distinctly oxidative in style with notes of baked apples and walnuts with a slight saltiness. It is still fresh on the palate with perfect acidity for balance. Delicious with Alpine Cheeses, or Nutty & flavorful dishes.
