Forthave Spirits, "Four," Floral Bittersweet Liqueur

The fourth iteration of the special series from Forthave.  Based out of Brooklyn these spirits are cool, well made, and always interesting.  The four is meant to be a bittersweet floral aperitif.  Would be great for a spritz, mixed with Bailoni, or even just over the rocks with an orange twist.  The base of this iteration is the same as their “Yellow-Genepi” with the addition of lavender, cherry blossom, elderflowers, chamomile, rose, and quite a few others.  Gentian root provides the classic bitter quality.  Took four years to make and is never coming back…so get it while you can.
