Another great wine from Franck Balthazar.  There were 10 cases that came to Nashville and we snagged two.  Organic farming, and part of the amazing one man show that is Franck Balthazar.  Long persistent finish, with savory herbs, black currants, and meaty quality.  Enjoy with roast leg of lamb with gremolata.
