Locally distilled, this Gin has vibrant citrus and herbal notes with a strong mineral backbone.  Watermelon rind, pecans and hickory offer a slight sweetness and  roundness on the palate. This will make a perfect gin martini or have it on ice with tonic and a squeeze of Key Lime juice.
