100% Pinot Noir coming from the classic region of Sancerre.  Chalky soils lend notes of cherries and dried herbs.  Darker fruits with coffee undertones, and soft tannins.  This persistent Pinot is crushable now and will also age well.  Enjoy with chicken marsala or sausage and fennel.
