Coming from some of the best vineyard sites in Southern Austria.  The cuvée is named after the "Thorn Birds" who are known to attack the best grapes in the vineyards. A fresh and juicy zweigelt that is ready to be chilled on a hot summer day.  Think Cru Beaujolais with an accent.  Enjoy with summer cookouts or mushrooms on toast.
