Henriot, "Brut Souverain," Champagne, France, NV

A classic from Henriot.  A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.  A full bodied Champagne with a touch of creaminess on the finish.  No oak here, so fruit is very clean!  Enjoy with French fries.
