Only 150 cases of this liquid gold was produced.  Coming from own rooted vines in the Sierra Foothills, this chardonnay sings in the glass.  11 months in neutral barrels provides a softness to the wine without being flabby.  Think fresh baked Italian lemon cookies with a hint of fennel seed in the dough.  It's a stunner.  Enjoy with Korean fried chicken or New England clam chowder.
