J Brix, "Nomine Amoris," Santa Maria Valley, California, Pinot Gris, 2021

It's hard to not fall in love with this bottle.  Skin contact Pinot Gris giving a gorgeous cherry color in the glass.  Floral notes of violets come through with crispy ruby grapefruit on the palate.  This isn't your everyday "orange wine" or pinot gris.  This is something wholly unique.  Enjoy with baked brie and honey or French onion soup.
