Kivelstadt Cellars, "Family Secret," Alexander Valley, California, Sauvignon Blanc, 2023

Coming from the largest biodynamic vineyard in Alexander Valley in Sonoma from vines planted in 1975.  Aged in both stainless and oak barrels.  An easy drinking sauvignon blanc that can stand up to food quite well.  Notes of citrus with subtle white flowers on the nose with a palate providing a tropical tone.  No pyrazines here (green pepper smell).  Delicious with seafood or by the pool.
