Le Ragose, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva, Italy, Corvina, 2011

A classic and powerful amarone with a good bit of age. Dry, but very concentrated.  Lush berries, dark chocolate, and velvety tannins.  Would be amazing with a bleu cheesecake or wild game.
