Liquore delle Sirene, "Canto," Amaro, Italy

A naturally bitter amaro made from lemons from Lake Garda in the Veneto region of Italy.  There are also notes of gentian, vanilla, and pink grapefruit.  Enjoy with a slice of lemon and soda water or mixed with your favorite vermouth.
