Maison-Blanche, Montagne Saint Émilion, France, Merlot blend, 2010

Biodynamic farming and minimal intervention isn't very common in the Bordeaux region due to the disease pressure, so the folks that take the time and effort to do it and do it correctly deserve the attention.  A blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, a green bell pepper flavor with plum, cocoa, and graphite.  Great to drink now or hold for a few more years.  Enjoy with pork molé or burnt ends.
