Wine producing estate since the 13th century in the Piemonte region of Italy.  Part of the family that started Tenuta San Guido, famed for the creation of Sassicaia.  Well made wines with a sense of place and personality.  Grapes coming predominately from Verduna.  Note of roses and violets with a savory meaty finish and well integrated tannins.  Enjoy with pork tagliatelle or mushroom agnolotti.
