Oh what fun!  The team at Matchbook are always making something delicious.  A play on "Bug Juice" from camp days, this ginger old fashioned is perfect for sitting by a summer fire on the lake.  Made from fresh ginger, bourbon whiskey, and blood orange liqueur.
