Oh so crisp and refreshing with light, zippy acid followed by notes of green apple, lemon citrus, and a whipped honey creaminess. Enjoy with pita chips and hummus or chicken salad sandwiches. 

2023 Mustigillo, "Mestizaje," Spain, White Blend

A cozy white wine for the cooler weather. A field blend of five different grapes from the single site of Finca Calvestra, where the estates best white wines are made. 55% Merseguera 20% Macabeo 10% Malvasia 10% Xarel.lo 5% Viognier. ORGANIC.

Notes of apricot and white peaches, lemon zest, saline, and jasmine blossoms. Round in texture with a zippy acidity. Enjoy with roasted salmon with lemon and dill or pork tenderloin with tarragon.

Beaujolais, France, Gamay

Much more serious than many Beaujolais Noveau on the market and a classic pairing for the Thanksgiving table. Made from old vines for a totally pure expression of Gamay! ORGANIC.

Everything about this screams "get ready for the holidays!' Notes of tart cherries and black pepper with velvet tannins. A perfect accompaniment to pre-Thanksgiving charcuterie or a rotisserie chicken.

2024 Underraga, "Reserva," Rapel Valley, Chile, Carménère

The latest vintage from a staff favorite! One of the oldest wineries in Chile and has been exported longer than anyone else. A classic example of one of Chile's most prolific grapes! SUSTAINABLE!

Notes of dark berry fruits, black cherries, plums followed by notes of mocha, tobacco, and roasted red bell peppers. Enjoy with steak empanadas or stuffed peppers.
