Absolutely delicious Bourgogne Blanc!  Fruit coming from Puligny Montrachet and Meursault from the deft hands of the Chavy family.  Bright nose of tart crabapples, lemon blossoms, and saline.  There is a brisk minerality that makes this a perfect food wine.  Enjoy with crab cakes and remoulade or roasted pork chops in cider sauce.
