Sanctum, "Leptir," Štajerska, Slovenia, White blend, 2021

A very fun, limited bottling, skin contact wine coming from a great region in Eastern Slovenia.  A blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris.  Think apricots, pears, wild flowers, and white tea.  The skin contact provides great texture and a peachy hue.  Enjoy with root vegetables and polenta or creamy mushroom soup.
