Seppeltsfield, "Watervale," Clare Valley, Riesling, 2022

A classic dry riesling from one of the great terroirs of the grape.  Dry, high acid, petrol nose, with an herbal eucalyptus edge.  If you haven't had riesling in a while, welcome back.  Enjoy with Thai fried chicken from SS. Gai or chicken pho.
