A very serious bottle of orange wine!  "Akatcha" translates to red tea color from Japanese representing the color of the wine in the bottle due to one week of skin contact. Notes of blood orange, rooibos tea, white pepper, and dried red berries.  Enjoy with grilled beet salad with blood orange or smoked salmon.
