Sugarbird, Cape Fynbos, South Africa, Gin

A juniper forward gin with a purple hue.  The color comes macerating the juniper berries in the gin.  A touch floral, with notes of chamomile and bay.  Makes a fantastic cocktail and pairs well with grilled meats.
