Tenuta Scuotto, Campania, Italy, Fiano d'Avellino, 2022

A fantastic Fiano from Southern Italy.  Fruity, round, salty.  Very clean with notes of hazelnut, white flowers, and apricot.  Enjoy with snapper with braised fennel or chicken milenese.
