Wow, an actual unicorn. Coming from vines planted in 1885 that have never suffered from phylloxera, dry farmed, and organic this Cinsault is stunning.  Deeply savory and herbaceous with notes of cherry, we want to drink this all the time. Enjoy with whole suckling pigs or grilled tri-tip.
