A rare find to have 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa that has been farmed organically and dry farmed since the beginning.  A fresh vibrant Cab that has notes of green bell pepper, dried roses, and is reminiscent of the wines of Napa from the 70's.  An absolute dream.  Enjoy with chile rellenos or birria tacos.
