Two Mountain, "Copeland Vineyard," Yakima Valley, Washington, Cabernet Franc, 2021

95% Cabernet Franc with 5% Merlot.  This will convert any Napa Cabernet drinker.  Lush plum and cherry with notes of graphite, bell pepper, and savory herbs.  Well integrated oak adds a sweet baking spice flavor that it fantastic.  Enjoy with chicken paprikesh or lamb with olives.
