Undurraga, "Reserva," Rapel Valley, Chile, Carménère, 2022

If you've never had Carménère this is a great entry bottle.  Notes of habanada peppers, citrus, roasted red pepper, and dark earthy fruits.  A complex bottle at a great price point.  Enjoy with birria tacos or grilled lamb with piquillo pepper sauce.
