A classic sparkling chenin coming from Vouvray.  Note of golden apple, crisp salinity, and tart citrus balanced with a slight toastiness on the finish.  We love Chenin around here and this is a great entry for those looking to get acquainted.  Enjoy with baked brie with apricot jam or peaches and burrata drizzled with good olive oil.
