Yzaguirre, Blanco Vermouth, Spain

 Can be enjoyed in a white vermouth spritz or simply on the rocks with a lemon twist or orange and olive (our favorite).   Very herbaceous with a hint of white balsamic, pears, and slight herbaceousness.  A little oak aging provides vanilla and cinnamon.
